Thursday, I had to have my eyelid
biopsied. Not fun, and no results 'til day after tomorrow. By Saturday, I was feeling like I could leave the house in short stints so long as I wasn't driving, could wear
sunglasses and carry an ice pack.  We decided to run out to
Kramer Vineyards, since we had to retrieve our our club pick-up (
sparkling club rules!) We enjoyed a nice tasting on the patio, including some new releases only available to club members. The weather was perfect and our new puppy,
Adam Levine, enjoyed himself as well.

Afterwards, we went up to north Portland where a friend has a party boat. We didn't go anywhere (didn't have to with this nice marina view and our Kramer wines in tow). Enjoyed a nice relaxing
BBQ chicken dinner and pulled out a vertical of the
Muller Thurgau. Watched the sunset and nursed the ol' eyelid while the air grew chilly. Amazing to have this string of nice days in Oregon in late May. You can usually count on rain for the
Rose Festival in these parts! We even tuckered out Adam Levine.
